How much does myofunctional therapy cost?
Myofunctional therapy is an investment in overall health. We offer multiple therapy plans designed to meet your needs. Costs depend on your specific goals and the length of treatment time. The therapy plan prices listed below include a 10% pay-in-full discount. We offer family discounts, as well as payment plans.
Therapy sessions are conducted live 100% online through our secure telehealth connection in your patient portal. We provide a kit of supplies for your therapy sessions. You will need to provide simple household items such as a glass of water or specific food items for some of your therapy sessions. You will need a quality Internet connection and a webcam (newer phone, tablet, or computer cameras all work well).

Curious if myofunctional therapy is right for you or your child? This 30 minute video appointment is a time for you and your myofunctional therapist to see if you are a good fit for each other, if you would be a good candidate for therapy, and if you should proceed with a paid comprehensive exam. If you have specific questions or concerns you may add them to the consultation intake form in your client portal after you schedule your appointment. New Client Exam
The first step to starting myofunctional therapy. This 60-90 minute appointment will give you and your therapist time to identify and discuss all symptoms and concerns related to your myofunctional disorders. You will complete a thorough intake form in your secure client portal and submit a series of photos prior to your exam. Your therapist will determine if a basic or comprehensive therapy plan is recommended for you or your child. Click the button below to schedule your exam.

Therapy Plans & Pricing
Foundations plan
This 4-8 month program for children and adults includes a therapy kit and 12-14 half-hour therapy sessions. Ideal for the client whose main concern is preparing for their functional frenuloplasty (tongue tie release). This program is focused on establishing optimal tongue function (correct oral rest posture, nasal breathing, and proper swallowing pattern).

Comprehensive plan
This year-long program for children and adults includes a therapy kit and 18-20 half-hour therapy sessions. This plan includes everything in the Foundations plan, plus additional individualized support for sleep hygiene, breath retraining, TMJ massage and trigger point release, health coaching, and creating life-long habits!

Mobile Myo Course
Mobile Myo is a revolutionary new way to do orofacial myofunctional therapy online. This 10 session online course includes all of the exercises from our 1 on 1 foundations therapy plan, in a self-paced format so you can do therapy anytime, anywhere. With Mobile Myo, you don't have to schedule or drive to appointments or take time out of work for your therapy.
We designed this course for teens and adults with known OMDs (i.e. mouth breathing, low tongue posture, tongue thrust, tongue tie, and mild sleep issues), who have been informed by a clinician or provider they need myofunctional therapy. Mobile Myo is not designed for young children, or for adults with the following situations: medically complex or compromised patients, involved airway dentistry cases (in need of surgical expansion or jaw surgery), a history of TMD, central or severe obstructive sleep apnea, or are looking for a therapist that can collaborate with other clinicians during your therapy. Additionally, if you prefer in-person therapy, want live sessions, or want access to your therapist via text and instant message, our 1 on 1 therapy plans are probably a better fit for you!

For Children Ages 1-5
Early Start (For parents of children ages 1-5)
This consultation-based program is for parents looking for early interventions for their young children (ages 1-5). It is designed to give you the tools to help your children grow and thrive. If your child has a tongue tie and needs a release, or needs myofunctional therapy, but is at an age where this is not currently an option, this is the perfect solution! We focus on ways to help them until a release can be performed.
We will meet for 3 sessions; A 1 hour initial session to review your child’s signs and symptoms, discuss your questions and concerns, then develop a plan of action to address them. We will schedule (2) half-hour follow-up consultation sessions over the next 6 months. Each session will focus on your specific questions and concerns as your child grows.
Concerns may include:
Breathing
Sleep issues
Diet and digestion concerns
Tongue and oral rest posture to aid growth and development
Speech
ADHD/Behavioral concerns
Dental health/cavities
Early orthodontic options
The session length for this program is designed to focus on your concerns for 1 child. If you would like to extend the length of your sessions in order to have time to discuss concerns for multiple children, please contact us for family pricing. Every child is different, and as children grow their needs change; this program is specifically geared towards your individual needs, and can be repeated if further guidance and support is required.
*While we discuss myofunctional therapy principles and may introduce some early exercises, this is not a therapy program for your child. This is designed for parents, to be used as a stepping-stone, until your child has the comprehension, coordination, and cooperation necessary for therapy.

Myo Munchee
This six-week-long program includes a Myo Munchee device and 3 half-hour therapy sessions. Designed for parents and their younger children (1-5 years old) who are too young for traditional therapy, but wanting to work on myofunctional foundational skills. This is a tool to help aid proper growth and development, as well as reinforcing proper oral/tongue posture and encouraging good oral habits.
Pricing: $325 for 1 child
For siblings enrolled in this program together, $150 for each additional child (siblings will attend their sessions together).

Therapy Kit + Workbook
Every myofunctional therapy plan, including our Mobile Myo Course includes a complete myofunctional therapy kit and therapy tracker workbook. This kit includes all of the tools you will need to complete your therapy in a convenient drawstring bag. If you lose your kit and need a replacement or need an additional kit for multi-parent living situations, please let us know. Price includes USPS priority shipping within the United States, or local delivery for clients in Tucson, AZ.
